    malcolm in the middle/others: I would also assume that it will be to those so called "sophisticated investors", which will dump the cheaply acquired shares on the next move up in a hurry.
    BUT WHY do the need extra funds is the really interesting question to me?!
    I could only envisage two scenarios that would make some sense (at least to me):
    1) They can acquire some new attractive grounds somewhere
    Personally, I would NOT really like this scenario a lot, however!
    2) They want to keep a very LARGE share of L6 and are preparing for massive drilling costs after the seismic will be done. Of course, they will still farm down a bit from, say, 60% to 40% (??) but 40% of the drilling costs would/will still be substantial.
    ALL purely speculative thinking here, of course.
    As usual, comments/ideas on WHAT/WHY exactly FAR needs ADDITIONAL funds most welcome. And do not just mention extra salary/office costs - that would upset me and others a touch!
