A couple of posters mentioned a connection with the TOL, yesterday.
Having slept on it, I has to agree that there is a distinct possibility that some behind the scenes negotiation has been going on and the dropping of the court case and 'playing nice' with the locals may have been involved.
Getting the TOL may be 'required' by long term customers (along with all the other stuff) before they would even consider dropping existing suppliers?
If the action taken yesterday assists with the TOL, then this is a good move.
Some news on the waste product would also be useful.
