cop are the operator, they need to consent to release info. cop are a professional oiler and would want only gospel info to be released.
incomplete info does not help anybody. we may be at td , but need to log

i have no idea as to where they are at, and we will here news as soon as they have it.
wouldnt want to short this given how volatile she can be ( but last 3 months would have made a fortune)
