Think they purposely submitted the ann after close of trading because they knew the SP would drop even more with this ann as there was no real news on new oil finds.

I don't see how this ann could possibly be construed as bad. It basically says "chill out you idiots, there is no bad stuff happening causing the fall in sp, just be patient you dolts"
