Perhaps time to reflect a little on the strategic influence that is at play to some degree. The Chinese support to underdeveloped and impoverished nations in the Indian and Pacific Oceans is building long term strategic disposition and influence. Our Governments have been all over it but struggle. Axiom is a minnow and Ryan and his team would be almost impotent. Almost. The relationships remain important despite the voice of cash and national infrastructure support. The Chinese need the nickel. Lovely win win for SI and them. We should contrast the cultures; we are keen to help SI but how generously? Chinese have considered , Nickel and national strategic influence over decades to come. Us; Nickel and profit. Two different games and a little company like this cant compete.
Suing the land owners what a brain fade when we need to be seen as brothers not patrons. We need to also stop moaning about corruption and assist those trying to build governance that battles it.
To the CEO. Despite what might be seen somewhat as force majuere my investment is about one third and many others are even less under your leadership. Time to link your remuneration to deliverables and success. It is not right that you are not accountable for your leadership results relative to the value. No need to take a hair cut, just deliver relative to your remuneration because frankly you haven't in the last years. We hope you do soon.
