When we go through the process of applying for a ml
Showing ability to finance, mining ability, resource available etc etc
This process is completely separate from the smm court case. , because one is a process that must be followed.
The other is a legal issue
For the sig to not treat both issues separately would be corruption would it not?
Any comments on the above?
