If everything is going so well and the sp is about to go to $1 then how come all RM can muster is a dodgy convertible note?
I have never seen a strong company issue convertible note. It's always last resort.
AVQ's announcements have a habit of twisting and turning and blinding the masses. I bet many believe they talk about Kolosori yet it's only SJ.
Magna's Ari Morris is mentioned as the Managing Director yet on their website he is an analyst. The CEO is Joshua Sason. Another example of dressing up their announcements.
