    As a rare poster on this thread (but constant monitor) I am puzzled by some of the constant negativity.
    If they don't keep the market informed AVQ gets the crapper kicked out of it ... Inform the market and AVQ gets the crapper kicked out of it.
    At the end of the day it's all basically a gamble.

    This latest announcement seems stronger to me --- just in the obviously deliberate wording.
