Just for those that do not know about mining. A company determines cutoff grades based on economic viability. Grades below the cutoff = not economic. Grades above the cutoff = economic (to a degree, still dependent on grades and costs).
If the commodity price goes up a lot the company will lower the cutoff, i.e. more of the deposit can be mined.
Because a DSO operation is a bulk operation they need a lot of drill intercepts to come in above the cutoff. SJ has too many below the cutoff.
