Tez, I can't see how the government could announce anything else...

Tez, I can't see how the government could announce anything else but this ...otherwise they would not be acting with impartiality.

They should seek expressions of interest from all eligible companies ...as that is their job. Any eligible company would need the support of the traditional landholders and not have more than three existing exploration tenements.

Can't see anything negative -but that's only my take.
