Your points are indeed correct Tez , THE ONLY POINT I MAKE IS the SIG had to make that statement to comply ,before any other company could come forward it would have to be with the approval of the landowners , this has been done Axiom had the PL , this was then set aside not thrown away not torn up set aside ...legally meaning it is still their and awaits the SIG to make it Legal again and in doing so include those who were not part of the original process and do it as per the rules not 3 days......all done from what i can see.
also the share price is not a reflection on the announcement as most would not be linking this to COA,s orders....which it is ...also we have come up from 15.5 cents early friday to 17.5 so it has not hurt the price at all....i would think as people absorb the information the SP would most likely strengthen not weaken during the week...we may even see Incor picking up a few more ....all speculation I know...cheers
