I strongly believe that this is just a formality on behalf of the SI Government to the open market. By doing this, no one can accuse the SI Government of not doing the due diligence once the ML is finally awarded. we are definitely in the hot seat and cant see the ML being awarded to anyone else. There are way to many boxes that need to be ticked and we seem to be the only Company that has them well and truly covered.
