If this was worth several dollars as people here claim and there is nothing stopping AVQ from getting the licenses which will start the re-rate to several dollars then it would not languish at all time lows. A virtual guaranteed 50 bagger does not go unnoticed. It would already be trading at $1+ in anticipation.
I would think this would be quite obvious to people here. Apparently not
