They can't get a better price now, not after our BoD decided to "invest" in CIMET. It's worth arguably nothing and was made at huge cost. That's why Microequities & Thorney have agreed. The investment case in ISU was gutted by our BoD. The largest investors know it and want an 'out' which they otherwise won't get. The guys leading IHA are a different bunch & know exactly what the rub is. It's crumbs.....or nothing
