Thanks for your workings - as I said I'm fairly new to this so appreciate guidance!

I'm still curious about Morningstar Premium - I did have trial access until recently and their Fair Value price was $4 when my subscription expired. However, looking at CommSec Consensus (which Morningstar is the only contributing analyst and I thought this was Morningstar Premium) the recommendation appears to have changed in the last week. If so it'd be good to know of their rationale as it seems to have happened prior to today's announcement (I'm sure I saw it last night).
