From Morgan's a couple days ago... it's an extremely tough industry and the share price (and acquisition price) reflects that. The fact that the share price almost reflects the acquisition price amongst high trading volumes suggests high likelihood the market thinks this will happen. Just a matter of whether you cash out now at 17 cents or wait a couple months and get 17.5 cents.
Someone would have to be smoking something very strong to think that this business (as it stands now) is worth more than the EV offered by the acquirer! Doesn't matter what the company looked like 1, 2 or 5 years ago
