As a holder, what exactly are you hoping for? You say the takeover offer is an "insult", yet the share price was 6c before the offer and they are offering multiples of that. Opportunistic? I don't think so.. If the vote doesn't pass, then it'll go back to 6c and your holding massively diluted with a CR just around the corner.. You'll never see 17c again, IMO. Not to mention, if you ever did, you'd be back to where the share price is today, which means between now and that time you've gained nothing.. That time lost is an opportunity lost investing elsewhere. When all is said and done, the takeover offer next time will probably be much less than the ~$70m they are offering now (inclusive of paying off the company's debt).
