Yes, no question ISD has to match/exceed the competitor offerings to reclaim customers. I think there will always be churn between the players, in my experience people change for all kinds of reasons...some of them not particularly rational. Ive heard mixed reports about Streem/Meltwater but really the issue is that ISD was an arrogant operator that is paying the price of running a virtual monopoly high margin game.The challenge that ISD faces now is to adjust pricing and keep relevant technology wise. It is the dominant player and has incredible reach and coverage so in time things will stabilise ...again IMHO.
