    Horrible set of accounts. Why is the CEO on a 1 million + salary bracket. He has run this company into the ground to the point they now have solvency issues. The disclosure around this company has dropped off a cliff and they should be reporting on quarterly basis going forward due to risk related with going concern.

    Board and Management need a complete overhaul.
