Hmm, debt has been gradually reducing over time and there have been cost out programs (though they might be hitting muscle and bone soon?). The security incident was clearly very unhelpful as this drained momentum and cash that would have otherwise been deployed. This is still a large business with good revenues, though I agree its in the doldrums and will likely be for quite some time to come. There is a risk that customers just move on from them and never look back as the numbers prove that out (constant deterioration in the base). I still find it hard to believe they will fail.
