The business model is only part of the problem. The issue stems from the people who govern, or a more app term, non-existent governance. There is no credibility or governance. The one thing that sticks out the most doing CPA in the ethics & governance component is agency/stewardship theory. Eg, reliable management who act in shareholders best interest. Incompetent is a sin and it in bundles with the people who run this ship. CEO and CFO alone took home nearly 2 million in cash & vested performance equity, for achieving what? The market cap is less than 20 million, share is in penny territory, how does the board justify this remuneration package?

The management who govern ISD should be awarded the most overpaid and underperform management award to grace the asx.
