Hi ..my opinion is that who ever interested in taking over the company, they need to buy at 500mil share @ 0.01c which is equal to 5mil . Further there is an outstanding loan 825k + interest which is another 1mil. Further every quarter is company is burning 500k on operational cost and not further considering the ongoing legal cases which been almost 2years with further legal cost be incurred without any returns. Is going to be expensive and uncertainty for anyone is interested in taking over. The assets 7mil u mentioned is on the recovery of the legal cases and the other asest is the equity of IDSB which the company paid 21mil ..is no longer assest as it has been mortgaged for a company loan 825k, until the loan is fully redeemed the assest is no longer a direct assets of the company..dyor
