Basically the company had offload the equity in idsb (malaysian based comapny,) to 3rd party (as the shares being mortgaged to.3rd.party) which the borrower had no control or knowledge in the.idsb business and its australian based borrower...instead some company in malaysia for a better value. Just wondering ....
