If true, the matters covered in Point 2 would be a highly unusual and very rare set of consequences, and the ramifications covered in it and Point 3 would be almost impossible to materialise, given that if the company allowed a default to occur, it would need to mobilise to obtain funding to rectify a default circumstance unyet retain its asset.
