Hi there..got your point but by recycle the share although it will spur up the volume trading but in the same time it cost money and it burning cash fast... further taking into account of the brokerage fees and charges... everything come with a cost ! Nothing comes free. IMO the company should just focus on the business and new generate revenue income for moving forward instead putting new or extra cash in doing the recoveries of the old loss of money ..why dump new money into the deep.ocean especially on the legal fees is payable whether you like it or not..when times comes..lawyer is the winner end of the day and not the company..unless there is other reason for it. Which investor to put good money into a company for just legal fees and not generate revenue for the company? There are so much apportunity in business instead investing in legal business (paying legal fees/cost) and hoping for recoveries....
