Even you are right on your point, why would finran let it happen, finran can easily increase it stake since is reasonable cheap compared his 1c entry level previously. Unless.they also feel is not reasonable to witheld the company and going to.leave.it as it is. Further Finran director is the Managing Director.of the company now, he would have the executive.power to control the company performance.
