I believe @Zingy is attempting to illustrate that the share price is entirely disconnected from the actual value of the company. I have made a similar observation in another discussion, albeit not to the same extent as @Zingy has detailed above. The scale of selling suggests it is likely from individuals who entered at $0.01. No other holdings are substantial enough to sell these volumes in a single transaction. The reason for selling at such a significant loss remains unclear. However, with a current market capitalisation of $8.68M, I feel there is a complete disconnect from the true value of the business. On the books, IDSB is valued at $14M, which alone should place us above $0.01 without applying any multiple.
