Calming down a bit now... food for thought: -

This sort of move will require considerable assessment before regulatory approval is given.

Given that ISX is under suspension, how will this affect the necessary approvals from APRA/ASIC?

Certainly ACCC will be unlikely to object but I've no doubt that ASX has many friends in high places - how much "external" obstruction is this likely to attract?

Just a couple of thoughts ... must do more research too hey
