Remember that the ASX has failed to meet its continuous disclosure obligations to its own shareholders. They are getting sued by ISX who asked them to cross-publish the announcement. The ASX declined as they felt it was 'immaterial'. WELL …. not so immaterial NOW. ISX is a competing company in multiple spaces that the ASX monopolises. The arrogance is astounding and if I was an uninformed ASX shareholder I would be PISSED. Class action?
