This is my thoughts only based on the information that has been provided and the stance and comments by ISX management but I don't think ASIC would allow the ASX to delist ISX due to their unique position in the Australian Regtech industry and ISX clearly have a good relationship with ASIC and have regular dealings with them. I also think JK knows this which is why he has been able to maje some of the comments he has made in regard to the suspension specifically comments re damages accuring.

All just conjecture on my part but I believe deserves discussion.
