    "Finalisation of the ADI licence....will allow ISX to further support ClearPay's operations but are not essential for the exchange" (my bold).
    The final paragraph describes ISX considering options. Is this an implied shot at ASX that their continued suspension will not work to slow down ISX's competitiveness?
