This lawsuit was about why ISX were suspended. ISX would know that now as they have the draft report and may well have the final report now. If ISX wanted to release that information, just like they released their statement of claim, they would have. Instead they release info on other deals.

I would love to see the further and better particulars, as well as the defence, so hopefully that gets released. If it is in ISX's favour no doubt it will be released, but if not then it will be kept confidential (the current state of play).

thank you very much for the pragmatic response - majority of what is written on here is tik for tac. my understanding was that ISX advised that there would be no further comment on the SSX case until it's resolved in the courts. I guess we will wait and see

My niggle, peeps talk about ASX suspending ISX..... I keep in mind that it is people that work for ASX that did the suspending of ISX. I have never seen the the name of a ASX director or a ASXT20 on any of the suspension stuff. Only the names of senior worker bees. They work for money and no doubt like their reputations.

I doubt that it makes any personal difference to them whether ISX trades or not. So I wonder if they are the type of people that would just capitulate to the baseless wishes of their "superiors" ?

And now ISX revealed that it is actually ASIC doing the investigating into "disclosure breaches" around the time of the performance shares issue.....
Investigating since last year apparently.
