Hmmm, The timing of the investor presentation is a bit odd given very recent announcements - could be a blanket policy but, imho such should not be set in stone. Some do seem to interpret that as a potential capital raising shortly down the track - perhaps management have been spying options trades as there is a tickler there re the capital they expect but, of course its only an option and doesnt have to be executed by the holder now does it - that is, if the holder is prepared to wear what comparatively might be a small loss against their profit on any day trades the last few weeks especially...

So all these comments re options interpreted as automatic capital raising arent on the money, it depends on just how many will be converted, maybe ISX is hedging here so their presentation prepares a backstop to bulk options failing, despite recent activity, jury out on that one...

Re capital for servers etc, surely bulk of ISX's infrastructure is software based within existing client's apps, so any server leases by ISX around the world would be minimal... ?

I see AWO just released a similar appearing announcement, comparable patterns here long term ;-)
