It is just crazy to think that shareholders will vote to reduce transparency and be in the corporate wilderness (relative to ASX) (oh, but it's ok we will still be subject to disclosure). It also effectively gives up on an independent report into the actions of management. Although, management have shareholders covered in that respect, just in case it doesn't de-list on a vote from shareholders therefore reliving management of a report, ISX are trying to sue to prevent a report if the company remains listed. If it wasn't so sad it'd be hilarious.
