Ann: iSignthis Ltd vs ASX Ltd s1041H alleged breach by ASX and a, page-134

I have read the report.
I cannot see prospect of closure between the parties from the content of the exchanges.
Viz, On my reading and IMO only:
Freehills keep referring back to Listing Rule 18, in essence saying ISX have to disclose whatever we, ASX, stipulate.
ISX are implying not if it contravenes the Corp Act, but doing (some) required things anyway, while complaining about confidentiality and reputation damage ( presumably by not being able to maintain confidentiality)
ASX has not apparently disclosed any confidential info since the alleged disclosure of info to a shorter....
(Possibly with the exception of the implication of questions where some entity is named)
ASX/Freehills object to ISX raising 'new' stuff.
Freehills are trying to find relevance in the shareholders resolution, as being somehow inappropriate behaviour by ISX (timewise.)
ISX are saying (various items) are not new, just more detail, and what we are entitled to raise, anyway..

This is going to take a long time.
