Thats odd. The YELLOW bit says they provide research to INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS. I can't find anywhere on their site were it states they are a PR machine.

30 years in the global governance business, sure doesn't sounds like the are some PR for hire chop shop. I can't imagine those INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS would be happy about them making sh!t up and spinning it for a dollar.

I suspect you might know better with your sublime research credentials. Maybe not!
