ISS is the worlds largest proxy advisory and corporate governance research firm.

ISS initiated their review independently of the Company, and contacted us with a draft report for comment, and engaged in discussions and correspondence.

The process has been professional, thorough, and evidence based.

As part of that process the Company’s governance was reviewed by a global, reputable and competent firm and has been assessed as “Prime”.
