Oh please. You need to read para 5E(b) properly and understand why ISX was requesting further and better particulars. This had nothing to do with a suspected breach of listing rules. They can't provide particulars to defend the claim they had determined it appropriate to commence an investigation into ISX's compliance with the listing rules. Let me guess: Kevin L made the determination, even though the court affidavit was sworn by Daniel M?
