Just looking into the investment web and see that it is complicated. Isity staff are partnering with themselves. Conflicts of interest?
For example... Charles Hunting (KKL Board and Isity) is also a director of Infitecs. Looks to me like a very connected web of professionals with skills to solve any combined service proposal. Could be a huge disruptor (a new Uber) in the making.
Based on the calibre of contacts I believe the 1.5m is also well and truly covered
I think the takeover of Isity is just the start. So much more digging to be done to see how the web spreads and the inter connectivity between the partnership companies and Isity.
