It says nothing about what their role is in implementing /building or ongiong involvement in the project which is where a potential 30 year revenue stream might come from.
So its not possible to value this without making lots of assumptions. More info is needed & of course the merger has to go through otherwise it means nothing to KKL.
Happy to be corrected on any of this though if I have it wrong.

I still can't find any info on the "Cutting edge technology" they spoke about.
Anyone got any further info?
I like to know the nuts & bolt stuff to get a feel for it's viability.
