They would be unlikely to know if ILSA101 works or not at this stage. The PI's don't communicate this sort of thing to sponsors in serious trials. In addition, no company wants to know a half-baked result as they can't release it to market, but they are exposing themselves to litigation if they sit on the early results and there is a significant movement in the SP.
The company would be wise to update the market when exactly they expect to receive the first results so all this silly speculation ends.
