Nice raise and well done @Davisite.
As an observer I am thinking $3.5Mn raised on a $10Mn MC - 35% dilution plus oppies. Should the oppies have been priced higher say 1st tranche at 10c and 2nd stage at 15 or 20c? Mgmt was not in any negotiating position? Just thinking aloud.
