Directors would have to be in blackout prior to results unless it was fully blinded. So that is the only explanation combined with the opportunity to buy and have skin in the game may not come too often. It’s better they buy than be given freebies.
The discount isn’t worrying and the gas tank is reasonably full ($8.4Mn cash) for the next league of our journey. Should provide comfort to anyone withholding investment due to CR.
