absolutely right. Now it is a time to announce DOR by next investor because they already sent email on 2nd October saying that they are announcing next oil stock pick very soon.
in today’s price fluctuation, they did accumulate at the low price. Otherwise you can see it would go down more. Decent game playing. Just wait and watch or buy more if you have more money.
