Fees and payments are upfront and either charged annually of 6 monthly.
Diamond Equity can also be compensated for non research related services, which includes presenting at Diamond Equity investment conferences and sending out press releases - just to highlight a couple of services
Their disclaimer clearly states that although they were being compensated the report reflected the views of Diamond Equity.
