Maybe get proactive and question the Company why they have switched to Performance Shares and RSU's versus Options (that have an exercise price), these were changed after they received a 1st Strike against the Remuneration report in 2022 (only took them a year to make the changes) also bear in mind that the Company received another recorded first strike against the remuneration report at the latest AGM, looking over the voting numbers, approval for incentives also had a higher than normal against vote.
The STI's awarded to Chong is specifically based on the;
- Share price
- Partnering
- Program development, and;
- Build out of Senior Management
Given that they are again under a first strike, they will need to make some changes to appease shareholders before the next AGM!

FYI - Chongs FTR plus entitlements = circa $2,740 / day not as you are implying, excludes share based payments calculated using Black Scholes method ..
