The clinical trial for VAXINIA and OASIS only started 12-18 months ago and IMU didn't acquire Azer-Cel 3 years ago. PH hasn't sold any shares since the 3% for tax purpose at 7c after the pps dropped to 15c. The CN at 3.8c is smart (most downrampers were thinking the CR would be at 3c or even 2c) which has stablise the pps as IMU only need a quarter worth of funds as assurance before all the clinical trial updates expected in the next 3-6 months and with the option of buying back the $26M CN at 4.9c and 10% interest.
