This move by PH is starting to look like a master class in funding a biotech company. Many thought there wasn’t a need to raise now.
Nut after the DOW plummeting again last night, having the company fully funded till we get to the release of data and beyond feels a lot better.
PH takes the money when he can rather than when he needs it.
Thr current market turmoil will settle down. It’s now a matter of how much further can it drop and how long it’s down for.
Then one morning the money men will decide the bargains are too big an opportunity to ignore. And the market will rally big time. This happens regularly enough .
