I don't know why RAC always comes up with some of you, but the way they raise money is completely different.
RAC raised capital by providing their shareholders with options that they could exercise below the share price. This was done in two tranches. RAC management are loyal to long term shareholders. This dilution is evenly displaced among shareholders, so we maintain our ownership.
Why aren't loyal long term shareholders of IMU rewarded with in the money options that they can convert upon successful clinical trial results?
