When they didn't raise and 6c or even 5c and keep quiet for such long, then we believed there must be something in the works or a commericial deal in the air. or they would annouce a big news about clinic trial updates for Captial raise. all confirmed we were wrong.
Cofirmed, they have no big xmas gift to be announced for us, they have no commericial deal undergoing, they have no big insto to continually support them to raise money. then Convertible Notes, LLP got a great deal with no lost but win. for us, we are invested a company with debt. Capital raising at least for company without debt. It sounds no discount to raise money that win win for Imugene and LLP, who lost then ?
